She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Odway Hudson and Nellie Beasley. She is survived by: her husband David Wesley Gant; her daughter-in-law Catherine Marie Thomas Gant; her grandchildren, Preston Layne, Parker Lynne and Peyton Lee; and her family Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Antioch Church at PO Box 10, Belews Creek, NC 27009.
