She was predeceased by: her parents, Mava Ledford Moore and Aude L. Moore; and her siblings, Edgar Moore, Howard Moore and AvaLee Kirksey.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Stines; her children, Terri Sapp (Gerald) of Kernersville, NC and Keith Stines (Diane) of Charlotte, NC.; her grandchildren, Daniel Sapp of Brevard, NC, Meredith Sapp McCay (Kyle) of Winston-Salem, NC, KeriAnn Stines Rizzo (Mike) of Charlotte, NC. and Jerren Stines (Haley) of Charlotte, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Rizzo, Baby Girl McCay and Baby Stines.
