He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgile Johnson and Luzine Austin Johnson; his former wife Kathy Johnson; and his brother Ricky Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fairchild Johnson; his children, Valerie Redmon (Darin) and Jesse Fairchild (Angie); his grandchildren, Grace Redmon, Teagan Redmon, Braxton Fairchild and Gaven Fairchild; his great grandchildren, Aubree Lynn Borland and Graelynn Fairchild; and his sister Diane Keck (Craig).
