She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Fulp and Annie Fulp; her husband Harold Speaks, Sr.; her grandsons, Jason and Jarrett Cook; and her great grandchild Abigail Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Lawson (Bonnie) of Belews Creek and Diane Tuttle (Tony) of Walnut Cove; her grandchildren, Matt Lawson (Kristi), Mitch Lawson, Vicki Owens (Mike) and Lucas Tuttle; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Casey, Carter, Madi, McKenzie Lawson, Max and Ben Owens.
