He is survived by: his wife Ruth Smith Williard; his children, Julia Stone (Anthony) of Iwakuni, Ruth Beeson (Gary) of Kernersville, NC, Jeff Williard (Jennifer) of Kernersville and Charles Williard (Stephanie) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Kristen Conway (Rusty), Olivia Williard, Katie Williard, Charlie Williard, Emma Williard, Dow Adams and Sadie Adams; his great grandchildren, Henry Conway, Owen Conway and Grady Conway; and his sisters, Rebecca Proctor (Ken) and Donna Decker (Royce) of Burlington, NC..
