He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Mayo; and his brother-in-law Roy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Roper; his mother Nancy Culler; and his sisters, Pam Foster (Harold) and Valerie Smith. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews; and 9 great nieces and nephews.
