He is survived by: his wife Jan Moravec; his children, Cassondra, Justin and Tony; his grandchildren, Camren and Brooklyn; his siblings, Tammy Leland (Tim) and Terry Moravec (Theresa); and his siblings-in-law, Mark DeWyngaert (Lori) and Cheryl DeWyngaert-Goodwin.
