He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Brown and Hilda Yeargan Brown. He is survived by: his wife Julia Bassett Brown; his children, Kent Brown and Terri Youngblood (Harvey); his grandchildren, Taylor Youngblood, Whitney McHenry and Landon Brown; his sister Kathy Angel (Donnie); and his close friends, Steve Bumgarner and Dick Corn.
