He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mullins and Carolina Mullins; and his former wife Evelyn Yarlene Mullins. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mandy Willard (Justin), Luke Wright (Ashley), Clinton Mullins, Jonathan Baugher (Bella), Nicholas Mullins, Zachary Mullins, Bill Wright and Jacob Mullins; his children, Jim Mullins and Amy Barry; his wife Carolyn Mullins; and his stepson Kevin Sadler. He is also survived by many brothers, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Aberdeen Fire Hall (21 N Rogers St, Aberdeen, MD 21001).
