He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Mae Barrow and John Fewell Fulton; his wife Ann Fulton; and his brothers, Wayne Fulton, Kenny Fulton and Ronnie Covington.
He is survived by: his children, Terrance "Lynn" Fulton, Jr. of Lewisville, NC and Lisa Richter (James) of Walnut Cove, NC; his granddaughters, Laura Braithwaite (Sterling) and Anna Richter; his great grandchild Thomas; his siblings, Donna Walker (David) of Mt. Juliet, Doug Covington (Kathy) of Winston-Salem, NC and Phil Covington (Kim) of Archdale, NC; and his stepmother Ruby Fulton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
