He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Blackburn Swaim; and his siblings, Clyde Swaim, Larry Swaim and Linda Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Lynn Swaim White (Danny White Jr.); his grandsons, Chase and Dylan Owen; his nieces, Candace Chambers, Melissa Melton and Megan Key; and his nephew James "Ray" Swaim.
