He is survived by: his mother Janet Burroughs Phillips; his wife Deborah Phillips; his daughter Courtney Phillips; his granddaughter Kadence; his father William Phillips; his siblings, Craig Phillips and Laurie Phillips; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Holcomb (Bobby) and Louise Dudas (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
