She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Eugene Smith and Lorene Walker Smith; and her brothers, Milton Eugene "Sonny" Smith, Jr., Billy Ray Smith and James Irving "Jamie" Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Matherly (George), William Wilson (Wendy), Blake Wilson (Robin) and Barry Wilson (Susan); her grandchildren, Crystal Gillenwater (Grady), Toni Prevette (Michael), Kryestyn Grant (Jessica), Macey Reid (Clint), Kacie Wilson, Andy Wilson and Hailey Wilson; her great grandchildren, Emma Gillenwater, Remi Grant, Blakely Reid, Hailey Gillenwater, Gabriel Gillenwater, Aiden Gillenwater, Adam Moore and Krysta Prevette; and her great great grandchild Westyn Moore.
