It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Hodges Faucette of Kernersville, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hodges and Shirley Gulley Hodges; her husband Melvin Faucette; and her sisters, Virginia Blakely and Sandy Hilton.
She is survived by: her children, David Parrish of Kernersville and Sherri McMahan (Tony) of Jamestown; her siblings, Charles Hodges of Kernersville, Thomas Hodges (Diane) of Archdale and Linda Kindley of High Point; and her grandchildren, Brian Parrish, Amanda Parrish, Amanda Cason, Vicki Mantz (Josh) and Kasey Osborne (Kenny). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
