She was predeceased by: her daughter Christina Smith; and her brother Bucky Wood. She is survived by: her husband Philip Smith; her children, Jill Ogburn (Jeff) and Phil Smith; her grandchildren, Paige, Luke, Katlyn, Katie, Valarie and Reagan; and her siblings, Vicky Williams (Vernon), Karen Lathum (Tim), David Wood (Teresa) and Mark Wood. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
