She was predeceased by: her mother Melba Valentine Iwaniec; and her sister Kimberly Iwaniec. She is survived by: her father Jack Iwaniec; her pets, Samson, Summer, Cooper and Koda; her husband Charles "Charlie" William Dull; her children, Tyler Johnson (Catherine) and Staci Johnson; her brother Shane Iwaniec (Sarah); her aunt Patricia Culpepper; and her nieces and nephews, Syan and Serra.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds hospice home at 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
