It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ophelia Hedgecock of Kernersville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles F Wise; and her nephew Marshall Nance. She is survived by: her husband Ralph E Hedgecock; her stepchildren, Ed Hedgecock (Susan) and Susan Hedgecock Frost (Michael); her grandsons, John Hedgecock, Matthew Hedgecock (Stephanie) and Andrew Hedgecock (Caroline); her niece Elizabeth Leonard (James); and her sister-in-law Virginia McNamara (Archie).
