She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Jordan Jones; her parents, Ezra Smith and Ella Simmons Smith; and her son Joseph Wayne Jones. She is survived by: her son Tim Jones (Lori) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Cathy Jones of Charlotte, NC, Stephen Jones (Sarah) of Chapel Hill, NC, Hillary Ash (John) of Charlotte, NC and Natalie Kohn (Lennox) of Charlotte, NC; and her sisters, Pat Bryan and Frances Marion. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Main Street United Methodist Church, 306 S. Main St., Kernersville, NC.
