He was predeceased by: his former wives, Bertha Frailey and Lynda Frailey; and his siblings, Rose Mary Scott, Gordon Frailey and Paul Frailey.
He is survived by: his sons, James Robert Frailey (Juanita) and Mark Cummings Frailey; his grandchildren, Debra Johnson (Michael), Amy Berry, Catherine Armstrong (Billy) and Colbie Frailey; his stepgrandchildren, Deb McCoy (Tim) and Mark Kauffman, Jr. (Jill); his great grandchildren, Samuel Robert Frailey, Naomi LaVonne Johnson, Korrie Lynn, Elise Linnae, Matthew Kauffman, Julian Kauffman and Josh McCoy; and his sister Beverly Jones.
