He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hamlett and Bertha Martin Hamlett. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wilson Barker; his children, Tanya Reynolds, Jeff Hamlett, Chris Hamlett and Timothy Hamlett; and his brother Marty Hamlett. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
