He was predeceased by: his parents, I. E. Grubbs and Imogene Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Gwyn Albert Grubbs; his children, Jason T. Grubbs (Jayne) of Kernersville and Ashley G. Parker (Chad) of Raleigh; and his grandsons, Harrison, Hampton Grubbs, Holden and Grant Parker.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kernersville Moravian Church (504 S Main St, Kernersville, NC 27284). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Kernersville Foundation (P.O. Box 921, Kernersville, NC 27285) and directed the "Rick Grubbs Scholarship Fund.".
