He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Franklin Redmon and Katherine Gray Redmon; and his parents-in-law, Dot and Clyde Lakey. He is survived by: his wife Billie Lakey Redmon; his children, Derek Redmon (Tracey) of Kernersville, NC and Dana Redmon Watson (David) of Belews Creek, NC; his grandchildren, Tyler Redmon, Sydney Watson, Lindsay Redmon, Weston Watson, Mason Watson and Bryson Redmon; his sisters, Diane Mabe (Wayne) and Margie Howard (Pete); his aunt Mae Petticord; and his sister-in-law Johnnie Midyette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special cousins.
