He is survived by: his sister Betty West Moose; his children, Tonya West Payne, Sherry West Worden, Richard Thomas "Ricky" West and Gregory Scott "Scottie" West; and his daughter-in-law Riza Ruaro West. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
