He is survived by: his wife Susan Millard; his children, Kendall Burkhead (Chad) of Stokesdale, NC, Brian Duncan of Kernersville, NC and Chris Duncan of Greensboro, NC; his grandson Cade Burkhead; and his brothers, John Millard (Bonnie) of Salem, VA and Ray Millard (Tina) of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
