He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Coltrane Crutchfield; his brother Everett Crutchfield; his stepdaughters, Jean Clodfelter and Mary Price (Joel); and his grandchildren, Christopher Tilley, Ashlie Tilley, Jake Price and Jesse Price. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
