He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Riaz Ahmed Lalah and Nighat Riaz; and his brother Moses Zahid Riaz. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Riaz; his son-in-law Brandon Doyle; his grandson Brandon Doyle, Jr.; and his siblings, Mohmmad Shahid Riaz, Dr. Samina Riaz Tanvir, Dr. Rubina Riaz Mahmood and Murfoo Riaz. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews; and seven grandchildren.
