It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Joyce Allen Courtney (Kernersville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Paul Allen. She is survived by: her husband David Earl Courtney; her mother Elvie Hayes Allen; her children, David Lee Sides (April Young Sides) and Paige Kathryn Courtney; her grandchildren, Izabella Brynlee Sides and Gabriel Logan Sides; and her siblings, Mary Allen Payne, Linda Allen Swink, Marvin Allen and Dennis Allen.
