She is survived by: her pet Bubba; her children, Yvonne Denise Smith (Smitty), Johnnie Lee Pruitt, Jr. (Amy) and David Pruitt; her grandchildren, Julia, Frank, Brandi and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Sierra, Chevy, Dakota, Azazuel, Ezekuel and Autumn; her sister Shirley Smith; and her extended family Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to Forsyth County Animal Shelter/Humane Society.
