She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Edward and Edna Caldwell Beattie; her husband Fred Wilson Justice; and her sisters, Nancy Beattie Harwell and Phyllis Beattie Hewitt.
She is survived by: her children, David Wilson Justice (Jenny) of Cary and Lisa Kay Justice Holder (Troy) of Pittsboro; her grandchildren, Kara Emily Justice, Kristen Taylor Justice, Kasey Christopher Holder and Kody Austin Holder; her brother-in-law Richard Justice (Glenda); and her godson Benjamin Owen Hopkins. She is also survived by five nephews; four nieces; and many, many special friends.
