He is survived by: his wife Luz Moogan; his siblings, Teresa Moogan (Elly Kover) and Richard Moogan (Martha); his nieces and nephews, Jen, Kathy, Molly, Richard, Brian, Kevin, Ashley, Joshua and Mark; his great-nephews, Reid, Tommy and Hayes; and his siblings-in-law, Nora, Martha and Luis.
