She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Macy and Irene Dull Macy; and her husband Carl Monroe Holt. She is survived by: her son Mark Holt (Ann); her grandchild Kennadi Cline (Wes); her brother Danny Macy (Janice); and her sister-in-law Rebecca "Becky" Drake.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dr. Record Fellowship Sunday School Class at Kernersville Wesleyan Church at 930 N. Main Street, Kernersville, NC 27284.
