He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lee Shelton; his children, Paul R. "Bobby" Shelton (Brenda) of Lexington, Michael W. Shelton (Cindy) of Washington, NC, Tammy Brooks (Terry) of Winston-Salem, Teresa Jones (Richy) of Archdale and David Hubbard (Vanessa) of Asheboro; his siblings, Wade Shelton of Liberty, Jimmy Shelton (Sue) of Liberty, Lee Thomas of Greensboro and Steve Shelton (Brenda) of Cary; his grandchildren, Rachel Lewis (Bill), Jill West (Brent), Brittany White (Chip), Mitchell Sanders (Mindy), Charlie Sanders, Bradley Sanders (Alicia), Megan Alford (Brandon), Tripp Jones (Heather) and Samantha Milliken (Holdyn); his great grandchildren, Harper, Chase Lewis, Aubree, Karma, Madox White, Jacob Sanders, Aiden, Wyatt Alford, Calleigh and Travis Jones; his sister-in-law Linda Collins (Larry); and his nephew Jimmy Collins.
