He was predeceased by: his father Paul Julian Kelley, Jr.; and his sister Rebecca Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kelley; his son Paul Richard Kelley, Jr. (Megan); and his pets, Pete and Tuffy. He is also survived by nieces, great nephews, and a great niece.
