It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ellen Dugan (Kernersville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Walsh and Grace Walsh; her son Michael Oltraver; and her grandsons, Steven and Michael A. Oltraver.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Davis, Mary Barkley, Susan Bryant and Patrick Oltraver; her grandchildren, Grace Quesenberry, Nicole Oltraver, Paul Barkley, Christopher Barkley, Bradley Barkley, Nathan Johnson, Austin Quesenberry and William Shane Davis; and her siblings, Diane Roman and William "Bill" Stern. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
