We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2023, at the age of 77, Pat Smith of Kernersville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Daniel Scales, Sr. and Nell Ruth Griffin Scales. She is survived by: her husband Larry William Smith; her daughter Jennifer Smith (Will Haas) of High Point; and her grandchildren, Ariel Phillips (Brandon), Leland Haas and Hayden Haas.
