She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Franklin Howell and Ruth Owens Howell; her husband Roby Stewart; and her siblings, Charles Howell, James Howell, Clyde Howell, Paul Howell, Gus Howell, Ora Lee Houk and Viola Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Stewart (Vickie) of Suffolk, Virginia and Linda Morgan (Johnny) of Kernersville; her grandchildren, Wendy, Denise and Coby; and her great grandchild Mia.
