She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ray Lunsford and Martha Caudle; her husband David "Ben" Shores; and her daughter Barbara L. Hobson. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gilbert "Sonny" Hobson, Jr. (Doris), Anthony Todd Hobson and Robin Hobson Sykes (Dan); her great grandchild David Troy Hobson (Sonya); and her great great grandchildren, Mark Hobson and MaKayla Hobson.
