He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Allen and Edna Pearman Westmoreland; and his brother Bobby Westmoreland. He is survived by: his children, Steffni Stephens of Stokesdale, Angela Westmoreland of Stokesdale and Timothy Westmoreland of Stokesdale; his sister Sue Hall (Mike); his grandchildren, Keisha Robinson, Tasha Westmoreland, Chase Stephens and Talena Westmoreland; and his great grandchildren, Alexzandra Robinson, Preston Robinson, Jacob Nields, Sara Vincent and Sutten DeVaney Stephens.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed, and face coverings are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the organization of the donor's choosing.
