She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Allen and Vivian Allen; and her brother Daniel Lee Allen. She is survived by: her sister Sherry Douglas (Charles); her niece Tricia Broughton (Travis); her nephew Robert C. Douglas; and her great-nephew Chandler Canady.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home at 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
