She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Holt Newsome and Geneva Alley Newsome. She is survived by: her son Nicholas Alexander (Nick); her siblings, Ron Newsome of Clemmons, Stephen Newsome of Kernersville, Annette Newsome Johnston (George) of Birmingham, AL. and Janet Newsome Kutcher (George) of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Alexander II and Ashley Nicole Alexander. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
