She is survived by: her daughter Kim; her son-in-law Tim Vestal of Kernersville, NC; her son Shane Forrest of Kernersville, NC; her grandchildren, Courtney Bumgardner (Corey) of Mount Airy, NC, Kyle Forrest (Autumn) of Stokesdale, NC, Tori Vestal of Greensboro, NC, Josh Vestal (Maddie) of Driggs, ID and Chris Vestal (Kara) of Kernersville, NC; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Lasley, Tucker Bumgardner, Lilah Vestal and Flynn Vestal. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
