He was predeceased by: his parents, David Downham and Nellie Williamson; and his stepfather Billy Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Downham; his children, Michelle Tutton (Eric) and Thomas Downham (Megan); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn McDade, Courtney Tutton and Kaden Tutton; and his brothers, Pete Downham, Ronnie Downham and Terry Downham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
