She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Nelson Amburgey and Elsie Mae Justice Amburgey; her grandson Steven Harold King; and her siblings, June Amburgey, Jake Nelson "Bobby" Amburgey, Jr. and Jimmy Amburgey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Phillips King and Becky Phillips Sapp; her grandchildren, Jeana Mae King, Benjamin Neil Sapp and Samuel David Sapp (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Erin, Cobra, Suki, Freya and Juniper; and her siblings, Nancy Mullins and David Amburgey (Fran). She is also survived by her family and friends.
