He was predeceased by: his parents, Yancy Marion Fulp and Ludie Adams Fulp; his son Marty Fulp; and his siblings, Jewel Scott, Faye Rominger and Jake Fulp.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Snow Fulp; his daughter Sheri (Don Tuttle); his daughter-in-law Karen Fulp; his grandsons, Chad and Brian; his great grandchildren, Evan and Tyson; and his sister Patricia Jackson.
