He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph and Marlene Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Schmitt and Elaine Phillips Schmitt of Stokesdale; his significant other Hannah Scott; his stepson Caden Parrish; his grandparents, Dieter and Karin Schmitt of Mooresville; his siblings, Eric Schmitt of Stokesdale and Kristina Causey (Chris) of Oak Ridge; his uncle Kai Schmitt (Wendy) of Winston-Salem; and his aunt Sharon Sulek (Alan) of Mooresville. He is also survived by four cousins and many many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kernersville Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3950 Macy Grove Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
