He was predeceased by: his father Malcolm Thomas McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister Barbara Kellem; his children, Todd McIntyre (Glynis), Kendra Bailey (Branden) and Brad McIntyre (Trey); his grandchildren, Christian McIntyre (Danelle), Makenna Limon (Ryan), Jonah Bailey, Nathan Bailey, Morgan Bailey, Georgia McIntyre and Landon McIntyre; and his great grandchild Ellanora Grace McIntyre.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to The American Cancer Society and The Summit Church, 4440 High Point Road, Kernersville, NC 27284.
