She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Clayton Cook and Allie Willard Cook. She is survived by: her husband David A. Welborn; her children, Chad E. Davis (Brandi) of Winston-Salem, Robert Shane Davis of Lowgap and Niki Cobb (Jerry) of Winston-Salem; her sisters, Carlene Smith of Wallburg and Nancy Mabe (Larry) of High Point; and her granddaughters, Alianna Cobb and Ziva Cobb.
