She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill, Renie Smith of Charlotte, Frank and Mary Byrum of High Point. She is survived by: her husband Chris Bame; her parents, Melinda Marshall (Freddie) of Greensboro and Jerry Byrum of Greensboro; her mother-in-law Betty Bame of Colfax; her siblings, Scott Byrum (Algene), Susan Hay (Jason) of Fort Collins, CO and Grant Byrum (Candice) of Alpharetta, GA; and her brother-in-law Joel Bame (Joanne) of Yadkinville. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family request all donations be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) in Laura's name.
