He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Owens and Vetral H. Owens; and his sister Dawn Patrice Owens. He is survived by: his wife Connie Owens; his brothers, Larry Owens (Carol), John Owens (Karen Sundback) and Alan Owens; and his nieces and nephews, Greg, Karen, Kent, Susan, Gina and Stacy. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
