He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Lackey and Juanita Thomas Lackey; and his brother William T. Lackey (Dot). He is survived by: his wife Thomasina Lackey; and his siblings, Randall S. Lackey (Abby), Mark Lackey and Kim Honeycutt (Walter). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
